Pelicart help
Your shopping history
Pelicart copies your past orders from each store you link. That includes orders placed in the store’s app or website, and by anyone who shares your login. Pelicart uses them to pick your usual products and answer questions about your shopping.
Your usual comes first
Your most-bought products come first in search, so a plain list is usually enough:
eggs, bread and milk
To try something new this once, say so:
try a different coffee this time
To change your usual for good, say “always” or “from now on” (saved preferences). Anything you’ve bought even once counts as a usual, so a one-off buy or a Checkers Sixty60 substitute can keep coming up. To stop it, say something like “never get the oat milk”.
Until you’ve placed a few orders, Pelicart’s first picks are more generic, so name the brand and size (tips). If your usual is out of stock, see substitutes.
Ask about your shopping
Ask about past orders in plain words:
what did i pay for the olive oil last time?
what was in my last checkers order?
Name the store, or Pelicart uses your default (/status shows which). It can’t tell you quantities or order totals.
